What are my rights concerning a choice of repairer?

You should NOT allow the tow-truck driver to determine where your vehicle is taken. You have the right to have it delivered to the repairer of your choice. We work with all of the major insurers.


What is my guarantee of satisfaction?

Do you specialise in any particular make or type of work?

Can you fix other minor damage while you have my vehicle?

Yes, this is the most cost effective way of getting your vehicle back to top condition. Simply talk to us about additional work and we will gladly provide a quotation.


If you do mechanical work on my vehicle, does this affect my warranty?


Whether it is logbook service or mechanical repairs after a smash, y our warranty IS not adversely affected.
